“I had a problem with my AC, and Rinaldi’s Air Conditioning Service always has the best, and most professional employees. They sent Carlos (Senior), who was extremely professional and very proficient with his line of work. He knew exactly what he was doing and executed the solution promptly. “I decided to try Rinaldi’s after a recommendation from a relative… and I’m glad I did! The company that installed my new A/C system had gone out of business and I had a leak in the coil. Rinaldi’s handled the repair and warranty hassle and has been providing my preventative maintenance and the unit has been running fine ever since. I just recently had them blow extra insulation into my attic and they did an excellent job at that as well. I will happily continue to use their services.”
“Our AC went out on the 4th of July, by the time I did some basic diagnostics to make sure it wasn’t a small issue, it was around 1:30 PM. I called Rinaldi’s after checking some reviews. They only charged an extra $20 for same day service ON THE 4th, which I thought was amazing, and they said they would be there between 5-7 pm. Rick showed up around 4:30 pm, did the diagnostics, knew right away the run capacitor was bad. He replaced the Chinese capacitor with a capacitor Made in USA, did a full check of the system, and was done by 5:15. Absolutely amazing response from Rinaldi’s on a big holiday was so impressive. Thank you so much.”

“My mother was displaced from her home after Hurricane Irma. I contacted 3 companies for quotes on the repairs needed. I had given the wrong contact phone number. However, when I called to follow up I was told that the tech “Luis” was able to access the damage without needing to enter the home and he did just that. When I called to follow up about them coming out they were able to give me the assessment over the phone. I received my other quotes (which I had to pay for) and received the same diagnosis. We chose Rinaldi’s based on their personal level of customer service. The service men, Rico and Anthony, went above and beyond explaining the process and what the final results would be. The office staff, Kathy, Paula and Denise were extremely helpful as I needed to call back a few times to make sure I had all the paperwork needed for our Insurance Adjustor. I will recommend them to everyone and will continue to share how they helped my 73 year old mother be able to get back into her home after being displaced for 2 weeks.”
